Whether you need food for an informal cocktail party, an elegant Sunday brunch, or a formal multi-course dinner, I can create a menu that is perfect for your event. 

I have extensive experience in the restaurant and catering world and always strive to create food that is delicious and beautiful.  I use the best quality ingredients available, focusing as much as possible on locally produced foods.  All of my bread and pastries are homemade, desserts are hand crafted, and wedding cakes are made to your specifications.  I make all sauces, dressings, soups, and accompaniments from scratch and with skill and care.

A cocktail party with a buffet containing sliced roasted beef tenderloin with horseradish sauce, crispy scallops with spicy coconut chutney, baked brie with raspberry sauce, seared tuna with wasabi mayonnaise, wild mushroom and goat cheese phyllo pastries, smoked duck spring rolls with sesame soy dipping sauce, and assorted fancy dessert pastries

A baby shower brunch featuring salmon leek and brie quiche, bacon caramelized onion and parmesan quiche, homemade breakfast pastries including mini croissants muffins and scones, fruit brochettes, chicken mushroom crepes, and a lemon strawberry cake with mascarpone whipped cream frosting

A five course dinner including seared sea scallops with cauliflower puree and caper sauce, goat cheese soufflé, butter lettuce salad with roasted beets Stilton cheese and lardons of bacon, grilled beef tenderloin with artichoke hearts béarnaise sauce and butter braised asparagus, and chocolate torte with salted caramel ice cream and raspberry sauce

An informal lunch buffet of build your own tacos including seasoned beef, marinated chicken, sautéed fajita vegetables, black beans, cilantro rice, soft and hard taco shells, guacamole, fresh made salsa, and double chocolate pudding

She takes the stress out of entertaining with her warm and professional manner, allowing you to enjoy your guests. Whether you are in need of a small dinner for 8 or a catered event for 50, Chef Amy will prepare items that delight every palate…like her honey lavender roasted duck breast or her panko encrusted scallops…and don’t forget to try her pastries!

PRICING

The pricing for catered functions can vary widely depending upon the type of service, complexity of the menu, and the number of guests.  In general, prices can range anywhere from $25.00-$85.00 per person, plus the cost of food.  Please contact me with the details of your event and I be able to give you an accurate cost estimate.
